www.emky.pl shop realizes orders within the territory of Poland and the European Union
according to the information given while placing an order (in the shopping cart).

1 / ORDER PROCESSING TIME
As the products available in www.emky.pl shop are hand-crafted and due to the type of materials used for their manufacture, maximum order processing time is:

– a complete bicycle: 6 weeks
– emky accessories: 2 weeks
– other products: information given in the product description

In case the order processing time changes, the Buyer will be informed via e-mail during the production process. In exceptional situations, when the manufacture of the product ordered is not possible immediately after the receipt of the order payment, the Seller holds the right to extend the order processing time, and will inform the Ordering Party thereof via e-mail, confirming the start of the order processing. Consequently, the lack of change or withdrawal of the order by the customer within three working days from the date of receiving the e-mail informing about the extension of the order processing time constitutes an approval of the extension.

 

2 / DATE OF ORDER PLACEMENT
The Seller realizes orders within the timeframe indicated in point 1.
The orders placed on a working day after 8 p.m., on Saturdays after 3 p.m., and on non-working days (Sundays, public holidays) will be considered placed on the next working day and from that day the realization period will be counted.
Working days are the days of the week excluding non-working days (Sundays and  public holidays).

 

3 / FORM OF SHIPMENT
The product ordered is shipped by the seller to the Customer by UPS courier service.  

 

4 / COST OF SHIPMENT
Costs of delivery are incurred by the Ordering Party.

5 / PACKAGING
We guarantee that all products sent by us are packaged with highest diligence. We are doing our best efforts to secure them properly and to have them delivered to our clients intact. Any packaging damage result from inappropriate behaviour of the carrier.

The packages are sealed with our brand tape with EMKY logo on it.

 

6 / PACKAGING CONTENT
a complete bicycle:
In the package you get from us you will find the EMKY bicycle which is mostly assembled and adjusted. To prepare it for use, you will just have to assemble: the front rear, pedals, handlebar, and saddle. You will also find in the carton box: the user’s manual with the warranty card, proof of purchase, and EMKY quality certificate.

 

7 / SHIPMENT TO THE BICYCLE SERVICE
If you do not have enough skills to perform the bicycle assembly on your own, you can have it sent to a specialist bicycle service and have the bicycle prepared there for use. In this case, please enter the address of the service selected in the part “other address of shipment” while placing an order. The cost of the bicycle assembly in a selected bicycle service in incurred by the customer and independent of www.empky.pl shop.  The shop takes no responsibility for the service choice and the process, cost or quality of such a service.

 

8 / WHAT SHOULD BE DONE WHEN THE DELIVERED PACKAGE OR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?  
When collecting the package, please check its state, necessarily in the presence of the courier company employee, in terms of visible damage which could have occurred during transport. If visible package or product damage is found, a damage protocol should be written together with the courier company employee who is delivering the package and we should be informed immediately  about all the damage to be able to take proper actions and help as soon as possible.
